WE ARE BACK! It has been a minute (we've been a bit busy at the Studio praise God) but I am back and you don't want to miss this month's edition of Founder's Faves!

Welcome to this month’s Founder’s Faves, curated by Ann Lopez Living — a little round-up of the pieces catching my eye, feeding my soul, and making everyday moments feel elevated. This month’s edit is a mix of bold pops, design-forward accents, and little luxuries that make life more beautiful — whether you’re hosting friends, styling a shelf, or slipping on a gold sandal to make your Monday feel like a Friday. For the woman who can go from PTA meeting to product install to date night without changing shoes...but still might.

Founder's Faves: Curated by Ann Lopez for Studio 790 Interior Design

This month, I’m craving items that are both luxe and low-lift. Pieces that make you feel like you have it all together — even when you’re juggling twelve tabs and two meetings and a toddler meltdown. I’m sharing pieces that aren’t just pretty — they’re personal. They’re what I’m wearing, styling, gifting, and dreaming about. A mix of bold moments, travel cravings, and just a pinch of trend to keep things fun.

Let’s get into it.

✈️ Italy is Calling.

And let’s be honest: I’ve already mentally packed.

I’ve got Italy on the brain lately (who doesn’t?), and this month’s edit reflects that dreamy, coastal, Mediterranean energy. Starting with the Sicily Assouline book — a forever favorite that feeds my wanderlust and sits just as beautifully on a coffee table as it does in my dreams. Pair it with the Hotel Lobby Candle and suddenly your living room smells like the lobby of a Roman palace. That’s the kind of design I want in my life — transportive.

And let’s not skip over the striped luggage rack — yes, a luggage rack. But this one? She’s got flair. It’s giving “chic guest room meets boutique hotel,” and it’s the kind of piece that makes even your overnight bag feel elevated. If you’re gonna dream of Italy, at least do it with a little striped moment under your carry-on.

🖤 Sleeveless & Statement-Making.

I’m officially in my sleeveless vest era. The black linen vest I grabbed this month is an everything piece. Tailored, strong, no-fuss — it’s giving “architect in Milan meets founder in Miami.” It works over jeans, wide-leg trousers, even shorts when the Miami heat hits full throttle.

I’m pairing mine with the on-trend barrel jeans (wait for it) and a gold chain. Consider it the end of summer/beginning of Fall uniform.

👖The Barrel Jean Trial.

I fought it. I tried to avoid it. But listen... barrel jeans are in, and I’m giving them a shot.

There’s something about their structure — the shape, the boldness — that actually feels like a designer’s take on denim. They’re not easy, but they’re interesting. And I’ll take “interesting” over basic any day.

🐆 Leopard is a Forever Print

Trends come and go, but leopard? She’s eternal. I don’t care what the internet says — leopard is a neutral. And this month I’m doubling down with a leopard clutch and a leopard pillow. One for me, one for my sofa. Both giving main character energy.

Why leopard? Because it’s always a little bit glam, a little bit edgy, and always right when done with intention.

🟦 Mediterranean Blues

If I had to pick one color story this month, it’s Mediterranean blue. Rich, crisp, coastal — it’s what I want in my wardrobe, on my walls, in my accessories, and even in my candle lineup. From the striped Business & Pleasure bench to the bold blue abstract print and the Las Vegas Assouline Book, this palette is making me feel energized and inspired (and, ahem, we are using it for a huge project so that's obviously why I'm vibing it).

It’s bold but not loud. Classic but fresh. It reminds me of ocean tiles, Greek rooftops, and everything I want my summer to feel like.

💄Style = Design, Too

Let me just say it: styling your body is just as important as styling your home.

When I talk about design, I’m not only talking about couches and wallpaper — I’m talking about how you feel when you get dressed. When your perfume smells expensive. When your accessories match your mood.

This month I grabbed a new favorite unisex fragrance by Boy Smells, a sleek gold J Crew necklace (that is on super clearance, and a monogrammed “A” earring that felt like a love note to myself. And the green crossbody Clare V phone holder? It’s giving practical but make it fashion.

It's those little details that pull everything together — and remind you that you are the designer of your life.

🕶 Let’s Wrap This Up

What’s the theme this month? Intentional expression. A mix of aspirational and attainable. A little “I saw it on a trip” with “I picked it up on a Tuesday.” Style and design are not just about how things look — they’re about how things make you feel.

If this list feels a little all over the place — that’s the point. We’re not one-note women. We’re building businesses and raising babies and leading with love and creativity and grit. And sometimes we just want to smell good, sit down on a beautiful bench, and scroll Pinterest in gold sandals.

Here’s to doing it all — with style, grace, and God at the center.

More dreaming. More doing. More faves to come.

Love you!

Ann
