We’re not your typical Miami interior design firm—we’re a women-owned powerhouse built on vision, grit, and a whole lot of faith. Founded in 2019 by me, Ann Lopez, after two decades in the luxury hotel world (think W Hotels and St. Regis), Studio 790 started with one bold decision to walk away from corporate… and walk into calling.
From Farm Town to Forbes to Formula 1
It was all a dream...until it was reality.
I didn’t grow up surrounded by design. I grew up in a small farm town with big dreams, strong faith, and a fire to build something that mattered. After years of helping global brands tell their story, I realized God was nudging me to build my own. So in 2029 I took the leap—and launched Studio 790 with a laptop, a vision, and the belief that when God opens a door, you walk through it.
Fast forward to today: we’ve been named one of the fastest-growing design firms in the country (hello, Inc. 5000 list!), have been featured in HGTV Magazine and Architectural Digest and I can confidently say every win, every opportunity, and every dream-turned-reality has been by the grace of God.
