As I stepped into this house for the first time for our site inspection, it was love at first sight. A newly constructed modern house in the up and coming neighborhood of Biscayne Park in Miami, I could see the potential instantly.
The bones were good. No, they were near perfect. With views to the pool from the entryway and kitchen millwork and design that was best in class, I knew all this house needed was the right furniture and decor to make it a home. Oh, and a big art story because those 15 foot walls needed some love.

Welcome to the Biscayne Art House. A modern home in Miami fueled with creativity, comfort and owners that have hospitality running through their veins!
Facing each other, these over-the-top entryway moments are all the things. Inviting, energetic, bold and functional. Some of our favorite pieces of the home are right here in this space and you can shop them below!
The dining room is magical and lush and gives us all the feels. The details of the chairs clearly are the hero. Or, I don't know, maybe the tropical art that reminds us of exactly what life is...beautiful. Either way, we'd be totally fine eating dinner here.
And then, the living room. Given the over-sized walls and ceiling height, this room needed an anchor piece. A full moment that created cohesion between it and the kitchen which is why we decided to design a custom millwork TV + storage unit that matched the materials and lighting from the kitchen.
And, it's a mini art gallery, NBD.
Now, let me show you a room that is a whole mood, thanks to the wall color - the master bedroom. Okay, the pattern play and accents and art and furniture are also increasing the mood as well, amiright? We love when clients say yes to bold and then it's our job to balance the rest of the space, ensuring it's design voice doesn't become TOO loud.
One of my personal favorite moments of this room is the gallery wall - the black and white feminine approach paired with abstract details was just what the space needed.
I told you that these clients LOVE to host (and I can attest to how good they are because they have invited me over which was a blast experiencing our designs in real life) and so we had to ensure we maximized their hospitality areas, especially their dry bar!
Overall, this home has so many art moments that we love. Art at every turn you made, bold patterns and textures, comfort and function to match their lifestyle and layers of Miami fun throughout = yes please.
