There are moments in the life of a business that mark more than growth. They mark faith, courage, and the people who said “yes” before there was certainty.

This week, we are celebrating one of those moments Pam’s 5-year anniversary at Studio 790.

Pam is not only our Design Director and Chief of Staff, she is Studio 790’s very first employee. The one who stepped in when the vision was clear, but the path was anything but.

Five years ago, our founder Ann Lopez made a phone call that would change everything.

There was no polished job description. No guarantee of what tomorrow would look like. Just a calling, a leap of faith, and a very honest conversation that ended with Pam saying yes.

That yes changed the trajectory of this company.

A Leader Who Makes People and Spaces Better

Pam leads with quiet strength, deep creativity, and a rare kind of humility. She is the kind of leader who doesn’t seek the spotlight, yet consistently elevates everyone around her.

Her fingerprints are on every season of growth we’ve experienced:

  • Projects that stretched us

  • Clients who trusted us

  • Pivots that required courage

  • Wins that felt impossible, until they happened

  • SO many "Is this real life?!' moments

From leading major hospitality and residential projects to guiding our internal operations with grace and clarity, Pam has helped shape Studio 790 into the studio it is today.

She is steady in the storms. Joyful in the wins. Prayerful in her leadership. And endlessly committed to excellence, not for recognition, but because it’s who she is.

Built on Faith, Trust, and a Lot of Laughter

Over the last five years, there have been:

  • Long nights and big decisions

  • Dream clients and defining moments

  • Laughter that turned into tears

  • Tears that turned into growth

Pam has been there for all of it, building alongside Ann, carrying the culture, and helping turn vision into reality.

Looking Ahead to the Next Five

Five years represents grace, favor, and God’s goodness and we see all three written throughout Pam’s journey at Studio 790.

As we celebrate this milestone, we’re not just honoring the past. We’re excited for what’s ahead. For the continued leadership, creativity, and heart Pam brings to this studio every single day.

Pam, thank you for your yes. Thank you for your faith, your talent, your steadiness, and your belief in what this studio could become.

We are better because of you and we can’t wait to keep building together.
