Four Living Rooms, Four Ways

While bathrooms are my favorite spaces to design, living rooms are coming in at a close second. These days, we need our living spaces to be super functional and versatile without sacrificing design. From traditional to bold and playful, I present to you four of my favorite living room spaces in four ways; and I added links to some of our crowd favorite pieces, of course!

Living Room 1: Modern Colonial

With this modern colonial living room, we had the best time incorporating modern textiles with coastal art and a bit of neutrals in between. The lesson here? Don't be afraid of mixing patterns!

Living Room 3: Contemporary Casual

For this living room, we had an "adult forward" mindset but also wanted it to be conducive for kids and family parties. With ample seating, loads of table space, this is a great layout for movie nights, cocktail nights and family game nights.

Living Room 4: Family friendly

This space was specifically for the kids, the dogs and all the messes. We played a bit with color, pattern, nature and materials to create a warm and energetic space for this living room.
